Hey everyone!
Specially to all who were involved in the exchange! You were great!
We drove on Monday morning ,a week before holidays, with the bus to Oss. The bus ride was really great!!!
When we got there, our exchange partners were already there. I was totally excited. After a while speaking with my exchange partner Susan, we took the bags out of the bus, we got a short guide through the school in Oss. Then I went with Susan to her home.
In the afternoon, some have met, looked at the city, or just chatted…
In the evening I ate with Susan and her family, who is super nice. A few of us still met after the meal. Then we (some earlier, others later) went to bed.
The next morning we had to get up early, because we have driven with the bus to Grawe at 8:10. There we shot with laser cannons on frisbees, that was totally fun! After that we made small mini-games and we went canoeing. This was so cool, especially the playing tennis in canoe. After the official program, some drove to McDonalds.
In the evening Susan’s family eat with me in a restaurant … Thank you for it, it was great!
On Wednesday we went to Amsterdam. There we had only a little time for us. Then we met for a guided tour with a formally homeless people. That was quite interesting …
Afterwards we had some time before the bus picked us up again, and brought us to Zaanse Schans, which is such an old village, there we ate also pancakes in the pancake house.
On this evening, many have met again.
On Thursday we went to a cultural center called Muzelinck. There we sprayed our own graffiti, made music with buckets, and learned beatboxing. The Graffiti was the most fun! For beatboxing you have to say, for example, ‘puffertjes and crackertjes’very often and very quickly (but this is very difficult) …
If you can, it sounds really gorgeous, if not, then it sounds a bit silly.
In the afternoon we went to our exchange partners home, and we made dinner there for the dinner at the school. Everyone was there. There were sushi, wraps, cakes, and more. I have done with Susan, her best friend and the exchange partner from her sushi. And since then I know that I can not drive a hoverboard …
Later in the evening there was a party.
On Friday we had to say to our exchange partners ‘Bye’.
Greetings to all who were with the student exchange!
Jana

Hallo Jana,
